If you see something that you like on our website*, or you have something in mind that you have always wanted, we can create it for you. Our jewelry is handcrafted, one piece at a time. We do not copy other designs or designers; we create jewelry based on our own original designs.

We work in 14 and 18 Karat Gold, and Sterling Silver. We can also create your piece in Platinum, however it takes a bit longer. Any gemstone can be used, anything from diamonds to turquoise, and everything in between. And if you have a gemstone of your own, we would be happy to create a piece around it. Most custom work in created in 4-6 weeks.

How it works (Wax model, cast jewelry) - The simple six steps!

Step 1: First we discuss the piece of jewelry that you would like created, its size, the stones and metals to be used. This can be accomplished through email or a phone call. This may take a couple of conversations or emails to make sure that we understand what you would like your jewelry to look like. We will make sure that we cover the gemstones, size, metals, finish, and an estimate on price and delivery schedule.

Step 2: After we understand your desires for the jewelry, we will create designs, with photos or digital images of the actual (or sample) stones that we will use.

Step 3: When the designs are ready, we will contact you and arrange to get the designs to you so that you can approve them or request changes.

Step 4: After you approve a design, we will create the wax model of your piece, at this time a deposit of 1/3 is required. When your deposit is received, we will ship the model for your approval.

Step 5: When you have seen the model, and you have approved it, we will create your new, fabulous jewelry for you.

Step 6: After the casting, fabrication, stone setting and finishing, we will contact you and after the final payment, we will ship your jewelry overnight. (weekdays only)

How it works (Draw-lery and fabricated jewelry)

Fabricated jewelry is created from flat sheet and various shapes of wire. Flat sheet is hand cut and the wire is formed by hand to create the agreed upon design.

First we discuss the piece of jewelry that you would like created. In the case of Draw-lery, we would need a copy of the child’s artwork that we will recreate in metal. Once we see the artwork to be used or in the case of fabricated jewelry the design is agreed upon, we will be able to talk about size, metal and any other design elements. At this time we will be able to give you an estimate on price and the delivery schedule. Once this is agreed, a deposit of 1/3 will be required.

When your deposit is received, your jewelry will be created.

After the piece is finished we will contact you with photos or a scanned image of your jewelry, including the balance of payment. Upon receipt of final payment your piece will be shipped to you.

Guarantee and return policy

We guarantee all the materials and craftsmanship in of our jewelry. All descriptions will be as discussed or emailed.

Jewelry created on a commissioned basis, is not returnable, unless it arrives damaged.

Other jewelry on our site can be returned for credit or exchange within 7 days, if it is in the original packaging, in original condition, with original stones, and completely undamaged.

Please call before returning any item, authorization will be needed. Original shipping and credit card fees (if any) will not be refunded.
